Responsibilities
- Provide instruction, correction, and motivation for students
- Learn and follow USAG and Arizona Sunrays guidelines
- Develop gymnastics, preschool, and ninja skills and technique knowledge
- Maintain records (attendance and skill progress)
- Develop positive relationships with students, guardians, and co-workers
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must have reliable transportation
- Ability to stand, kneel, crouch, and climb to move through the facility safely and for spotting purposes
- Ability to spot an athlete, including the strength to lift and carry at minimum 50 pounds
- Ability to move equipment including the strength to push or pull at minimum 50 pounds
- Must be able to maintain a consistent schedule
