What You’ll Do
  • Foster a safe, inclusive, and fun classroom where every child feels seen and supported
  • Bring our active learning curriculum to life—while letting kids explore their own ideas
  • Lead playful activities indoors and outdoors (think: movement, dance, ninja, and more!)
  • Encourage social, emotional, and cognitive growth through kindness, creativity, and care
  • Partner with your team to follow all licensing and Sunrays safety standards
     
 What We’re Looking For
·      A high school diploma & 6 months in a licensed childcare facility OR
·      NAC/CDA/CCP/CPC OR
·      Total of 12 credits w/6 credits in ECE & 6 months child experience OR
·      Associate’s degree in ECE or closely related field (no experience necessary) OR
·      Bachelor’s degree in ECE or closely related field (no experience necessary)
AND
·       CPR/First Aid certification
·       AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card
·       Someone who can safely lift up to 50 lbs and keep up with active kids all day
·       Most importantly: a big heart, positive energy, and a passion for helping kids learn and grow
