Who are we looking for?

As a Camp Magic Maker, you’ll team up with other coaches to give our campers an empowering and unforgettable experience. You’ll lead fun rotations, offer guidance, and keep the vibes positive.
Never worked with kids before? No problem! We love to "Embrace the Climb" and will teach you everything you need to know. This is a fantastic way to jump into the world of childhood development while staying active and having a blast! We're looking for someone creative, communicative, and ready to "Dig In" to a high-energy environment.

Your Mission (Responsibilities)
- Own It: Learn and follow our Arizona Sunrays safety and play guidelines.
- Safety First: Assist with a smooth drop-off and pick-up (including checking those IDs!).
- Inspire: Provide the instruction, guidance, and motivation that makes camp the highlight of a child's week.
- Go Further Together: Build positive, meaningful relationships with campers, guardians, and your fellow coaches.
The Essentials (Requirements)
- Commitment: Able to work at least 2 days a week.
- Physicality: Able to stand for hours at a time and lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
- The Heart: A genuine love for working with children and a passion for movement.
- Role Model: A desire to be a positive influence for kids in our community!

Compensation: $15.15 - $18.00 per hour
